CEC's Maleski Promoted
Ken Maleski has been promoted to interim manager of communication and public relations for Central Electric Cooperative (CEC).
"Ken is very prepared for his new position of interim manager of communication and public relations. He has 23 years of experience serving the cooperative members and the communities within our service territory," states Lisa Hoover, director of Member Services.
Ken began his career at CEC in 1994 as a consumer service representative and was designated consumer choice advocate in 1998. In 2011 he was promoted to residential energy analyst and advisor. Most recently, Ken served as energy analyst and member advocate.
Ken graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in Forestry. He also holds a master's degree in business administration from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio.
Ken and his wife Maureen live in Emlenton and have four grown children.
He is active in the Emlenton Knights of Columbus and is a board member for the Clarion County Economic Development Corp.
