As part of Central Electric Cooperative's (CEC's) ongoing effort to improve system reliability, contracted pole inspection crews from American Energy Services, Inc. will be inspecting poles in the areas surrounding the Rockland and Coal Hill Substations.

Members can expect work to begin in July and continue throughout the year.

American Energy Services, Inc. representatives and CEC employees carry company-issued identification. We respect property owners' rights and will complete the work required quickly and professionally.

Please note some electric services are connected through meters mounted on poles. These meter poles, along with service entrance equipment, are owned by the property owner and are the responsibility of the owner to maintain, repair, or replace as necessary. Member-owned meter poles will also be inspected to identify potential safety or reliability concerns.
