All service request forms are monitored Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., except on major holidays.

If you have built a new home or are moving into a home and need to start service with Central Electric Cooperative (CEC), this form will allow you to start the process. Once you submit this form, a Member Services Representative will contact you to complete the process and get your account started.

If you would like to report a situation where a tree (or any vegetation) is potentially causing a hazardous situation, this form will allow you to report that to CEC.
