Safety City Demonstration

Central Electric Cooperative's Safety City demonstration is used to explain to elementary students how electricity works. It is a portable neighborhood equipped with homes, power lines, and props, and becomes energized by plugging it into any standard outlet.

This tabletop unit can be brought to schools, scout groups, or other events and allows us to explain the benefits and dangers associated with electricity. The presentation is approximately 45 minutes and is accompanied by educational materials for students.
