CEC members can receive rebates for energy-efficient heat pump systems, heat pump water heaters, level 2 electric vehicle (EV) chargers, refrigerators, electric dryers, electric stoves, dehumidifiers, and smart thermostats.

CEC wishes to support and educate our members in making the most energy-efficient and eco-friendly appliance purchases. Purchasing Energy Star products that use less energy to operate will not only impact your electric bill but can also help the environment.  

Funds for our rebate program are available from energy credits earned by our power supplier’s renewable generation assets. Please note, funds are limited, and the program can end if funds are depleted.

If you have recently purchased a heat pump system, heat pump water heater, level 2 EV charger, refrigerator, electric dryer, electric stove, dehumidifier, and/or a smart thermostat fill out the application below and if it meets qualification CEC will honor the rebate.

Rebates are available only for the purchase of new Energy Star rated appliances. The appliance/unit must be installed where electricity is supplied by CEC. Rebate submittal must follow the guidelines as listed. CEC is not responsible for inaccurate information supplied by appliance/unit dealers. The submission of this application does not guarantee a rebate. CEC may ask to inspect the appliance/unit within the member's home to validate compliance with the program and installation at the location.
