With CEC's reduced office staff due to COVID-19, the following payment options are preferred.

Using your computer or mobile device, CEC has made online account management easier than ever with SmartHub. Register with SmartHub today and you can view and pay your bill, sign up for automatic bank draft, update account information, report an outage and view your energy usage by hour, day, month or year. Click here to learn more about SmartHub. CEC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as payment for your electric bill and other cooperative services. Please be advised that our credit card processing company cannot process EPPICARD’s issued by the State. CEC can only process bank-issued credit cards.
