Central Electric Cooperative (CEC) was featured in RE Magazine’s November issue. In the article titled "Thinking Big: An On-Ramp for Advancement,” CEC’s CEO, Matt Boshaw, and Manager of Human Resources, Caitlin Kriebel, discuss plans to roll out a workforce development initiative.

The initiative will focus on ensuring new employees have the tools and support they need to prepare for leadership roles. Beyond discussing the future of the employee development initiative, the article shares examples of how the plan is already in motion. Kriebel’s own success story is highlighted in the article, illustrating how the development plan could play out for other co-op employees.
