Surge Safe SK Series (model #100-SK3W) $170 State sales tax (6 percent) is included in price.

The undersigned (hereinafter referred to as Purchaser) agrees as follows (must check each box):

Purchaser agrees that Global Power Products: Surge Safe Surge Protector will be installed and replaced, if necessary, by Cooperative personnel only. Central Electric Cooperative (CEC) reserves the right to refuse to install MSA unit if Purchaser’s service equipment is not in serviceable condition, adequately sized and grounded.

Refunds will not be made upon ownership changes. If Purchaser moves to another location service by the CEC, and the Surge Safe unit is compatible with that service, Surge Safe unit will be moved to the new location by CEC personnel at the request of the member and at no cost to the Purchaser.

Purchaser recognizes that if the Surge Protection device indicator green light is ON, the surge device has NOT failed and equipment was not damaged due to Surge Protection device failure; therefore NO CLAIM will be honored. CEC makes NO claims or implications towards equipment protection caused by periods of low voltage.

ALL PRODUCT WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THAT OF THE MANUFACTURER (GLOBAL POWER PRODUCTS). CEC PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; CEC WILL NOT PERFORM WARRANTY REPAIRS OF ANY KIND. CEC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE, AND WILL NOT BE HELD LILABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PERSON, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT, UNDER WARRANY OR OTHERWISE.

Global Power Products coverage is secondary to any applicable product warranties, service contracts and homeowner insurance.
