A local high school junior was selected to attend the 2023 Electric Cooperative Youth Tour in Washington, D.C. 

Lydia Scardina, who attends PA Leadership Charter School, will join students from across the nation to see the U.S. Capitol, meet with legislatures, tour museums and monuments, visit the National Zoo and much more. She will also learn about electric cooperatives, U.S. government and history, and attend educational seminars.
