As announced at the 88th Annual Meeting of the Members on August 6th, the 2025 Central Electric Cooperative Director Election result areas are:

Venango County:

- Dana Kellogg of Cranberry with 623 votes.

- Lisa Groner of Cranberry with 583 votes.

- Travis Crate of Venus with 571 votes.

- Richard Kralj of Emlenton with 400 votes.

- Debra Ehrhart of Venus with 381 votes.

Dana Kellogg is the Venango County Winner. 
 

Clarion County

- Incumbent Director, Jody Weaver of Fryburg with 2,255 votes.

Jody Weaver is the Clarion County Winner.
